Do you make custom and bespoke doors?
Yes — every door we build is made to order. We build to your exact size, timber, finish and design, whether you’re matching an existing look or creating something completely new. Send us your requirements and we’ll quote a bespoke door built specifically for your space.
What are your lead times?
Every door is handmade to order — we don’t hold stock. As a small, owner-run studio, lead times depend on the design and our current workload, so we confirm a realistic timeline in writing when you place your order. If you’re working to a deadline, tell us up front and we’ll be honest about whether we can meet it.
What materials and timbers do you work with?
We work in solid timber, engineered and CNC-patterned panels, steel and glass — across barn doors, pivot doors, and interior and exterior doors. If you have a specific timber or finish in mind, ask and we’ll advise what suits your door, your space and your budget.
What sizes can you make?
Doors are built to your opening. Popular sizes such as 930 x 2100 mm are available, but because everything is made to order we can build to custom dimensions. Send us your measurements and we’ll confirm the right fit before we start.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We’re based in Gauteng and deliver across South Africa — including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and KwaZulu-Natal. Delivery is arranged per order based on your location and the size of the doors, and we confirm the cost on your quote.
Do you install the doors?
We’re primarily a maker and supplier of custom doors and hardware. Depending on your location and the project, we can advise on installation or point you to a suitable fitter — just ask when you enquire and we’ll let you know what we can arrange.
How do payments and deposits work?
To begin a made-to-order door we take a deposit to confirm your order and start the build, with the balance due before delivery. You can pay securely online, and the exact terms are set out clearly on your quote before you commit.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve customers across South Africa from our Gauteng workshop — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and KwaZulu-Natal, and surrounding areas — with nationwide delivery.
How do I care for my door, and is it guaranteed?
Timber doors last best out of direct weather and standing water; wipe them clean and re-oil or reseal exterior doors periodically to protect the finish. Every door is built by hand to a high standard — if anything isn’t right, contact us and we’ll put it right.
