I paid in full for custom barn doors from Eminent Doors and More, installed through THS Maintenance, and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

The doors are literally falling apart. Despite more than six weeks of promises, missed deadlines and excuses, the defects remain unresolved. I was even given a written commitment for installation on 13 July 2026, only to receive a WhatsApp about 10 minutes before the appointment cancelling due to a vehicle breakdown.

Since then, neither Nathan nor THS Maintenance has responded to my correspondence or provided any feedback.

Poor workmanship, broken promises and a complete lack of accountability. I cannot recommend either company.

I ordered a stained barn door with was nicely build and strong to put up outside and Eminent Door personnel gave me information on how to seal it for the weather. The door is good quality and well designed.

Eminent door provided excellent service at affordable prices. The made custom built doors and security doors for me. I could not be happier with the quality of the products or the amazing service they provided.

I have had a great experience working with Eminent Door & More. Their doors are manufactured to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. Communication is professional, lead times are clearly communicated, and the finished products meet customer expectations. I would confidently recommend Eminent Door & More to anyone looking for quality custom doors and reliable service.

I would not recommend Eminent Doors based on my experience.

The ordering process was frustrating from the start. It took approximately six weeks for the doors to be delivered, and communication throughout the process was poor. Delivery dates were unclear, updates were infrequent, and at times we genuinely wondered whether we had been scammed.

When the doors eventually arrived, they were not particularly well packaged or protected during transport. Unfortunately, the product quality also fell short of expectations. Some sections appear to have been manufactured using substandard timber, with areas still showing live edges that require additional finishing. The planing on the door edges was rough and inconsistent, leaving extra work to achieve an acceptable finish.

The supplied hardware was also disappointing. Although the hardware was advertised as black, the screws supplied were standard steel rather than matching black fixings or coach bolts, which detracts from the overall appearance and quality of the installation.

To make matters worse, no installation instructions were included.

While Eminent Doors may be price competitive, I would not purchase from them again. In hindsight, I would gladly pay more for a better-quality product, clearer communication, and a higher standard of customer service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience from both a product and service perspective.
